We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the app's functionality and for the purposes described in this policy:

• Notes and content you create are stored on your device, and, if cloud sync or an account is enabled, on our backend for as long as your account or app installation remains active.
• You can permanently delete your notes and account data at any time from within the app (Settings > Delete Account and Data). This action is immediate and removes your content from our systems.
• If you uninstall the app without using the in-app delete option, locally stored data is removed from your device, and any associated account data is deleted automatically no later than 12 months after your last use of the app.
• Technical information such as crash reports and anonymous usage statistics is retained for up to 12 months for stability and performance analysis, after which it is deleted or fully anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent where applicable
